Check in: given the small size of the reception area, it is requested, in order to facilitate the group entry process, to send the rooming list complete with Last Name and First Name, date and place of birth, municipality of residence within 3 days of arrival with the relevant room/guest match Failure to send the rooming list will result in slowdowns at check in and inevitable disruptions, to this mandatory rule only accompanying persons will be allowed access to the facility Keys will be delivered directly to the group leader.

Check out: all keys must be returned, both cards and any mechanical keys. Any missing will result in a penalty, magnetic key € 20.00, mechanical key € 15.00.

Facility hours: the reception opens at 7.30 a.m. and closes at 11.30 p.m., after that time access to the facility can be through the side door. Any request for intervention, which involves the intervention of one of our operators, will incur a penalty of € 50.00.
